Jesus willed that everything be in common between Himself and His chaste Mother. He associated Her with His greatness, He united Her to His joys, He shared His sufferings with Her, He made Her a victim with Himself, a priest with Himself, and in some way, a redeemer with Himself, the Divine Redeemer. Love desires this union, this complete union of sentiments and situations.

Let us therefore firmly believe that Mary never ceases to exercise Her maternal ministry towards Her children. She hears our pleading voices, She responds to them, She acts on our behalf before the throne of grace; She is the mediator by whom God descends to us and by whom our soul ascends to God.
