O Immaculate Virgin, Mother of Jesus and our Mother, we invoke Thee under the title of Our Lady of the Blessed Sacrament, because Thou art the Mother of the Saviour who lives in the Eucharist, and it is from Thee that He received the Flesh and Blood with which He nourishes us; because Thou art the sovereign Dispenser of all grace and therefore of the graces contained in the Blessed Sacrament; because Thou wast the first to practice the obligations of Eucharistic life, teaching us by Thy example how to worthily attend the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass, receive Communion devoutly, and visit the Blessed Sacrament often and piously.
